Villa Kokos — Kiwengwa

To Eat

A private chef, in a kitchen that is his alone

The kitchen

Cooked in the house, at your hours

Villa Kokos has two kitchens with Smeg appliances, and a third one that belongs to the chef alone, kept separate from the rest of the house. He cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner with fish from the morning catch and produce from the village market, and the menus are agreed with you before you arrive. There is no service, no sitting, no dining room hours — you eat when you are hungry.

Allergies, children, someone who does not eat fish, a birthday that needs a cake. Send it all over before you travel and the chef will have it ready.
