Days that start in the pool and end wherever you like
Most days at Villa Kokos do not need a plan. There is an eleven by five metre pool with a jacuzzi built into it, a garden that shuts out the rest of the world, and three living rooms to scatter through when the sun is at its worst. When you do want to go out, the team books it — boats, instructors, tables, drivers.
Everything below can be arranged from the villa, usually with a day's notice. Instructors and skippers come to you, and the driver takes you to whatever starts somewhere else.
Italian classics done properly — pizza, pasta, a long wine list. The easy one with children in tow.
Focaccia, handmade pasta and whatever the boats brought in that morning. Ten minutes up the coast.
